Ingredients
1/2 c Italian dressing (commercial low-calorie)
1/8 ts Pepper
1 md Cucumber (peeled - thinly sliced)
1/2 sm Onion (thinly sliced)
1/4 c Radishes (thinly sliced)
2 tb Fresh parsley (chopped) |
Directions
Combine Italian dressing and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring well.
Add Cucumber, onion, radishes, and parsley. Toss gently to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Serve salad,
using a slotted spoon.
